From consultants to enablers - Delivering LEED ND for Moka Smart City
Prodesign was originally engaged as LEED consultant for Moka Smart City. But as the project progressed, our role evolved from technical advisors to strategic enablers.
Achieving LEED ND certification for Telfair, the city centre of Moka, meant transforming an ambitious masterplan into a documented, verified, and operational framework for sustainability. This required far more than compliance. It also demanded leadership, integration, and long-term alignment.
