Upgrading works began in 2008 and involved the renovation of all existing shops, the food court and the courtyard, as well as the construction of an additional 2,300 square metres of retail space and the revamping of the parking area. Prodesign provided full M&E services for the project, which was completed in 2010. Prodesign was also appointed for the renovation and extension of Centre Commercial Phoenix – Phase 3.
