The project involved the construction of commercial buildings in the Ebene Cybercity, including a hypermarket, shops, food court and back-of- house facilities, cold rooms and site services, as well as parking space for 140 cars.
Following the success of Ebene Way, the client decided to extend the hypermarket, the food court and the number of retail outlets, adding a total of 6,800 square metres of commercial space. Prodesign was appointed to provide full M&E services for both the landlord and the hypermarket tenant.
Works began in 2009 and were completed in November 2010. Prodesign continues to assist the client with maintenance planning and regular inspection of installations as per BS 7671 requirements for electrical installations.
