Additional IRS villas at Club Med Albion
Residential
Located on the west coast of Mauritius on a 22-hectare estate overlooking the Indian Ocean, the Club Med Albion site saw the construction project of 40 luxury villas. Prodesign has been part of this project which consists of different phases. After the successful completion of 4 villas in February 2016, Prodesign was appointed again in 2017 for the construction of 5 additional highly luxurious villas of the Club Med IRS development.

Our M&E engineers and Building Services consultantshad the objective of bringing innovation to their MEP designs to provide optimal working systems for these villas. We were also appointed to redesign and supervise the sitewide potable water network. Our MEP consultants designed systems to considerably reduce energy and water consumption.

As part of our proposed services, our team carried out an inspection of all the MEP systems and equipment before handing over, to ensure that operation and maintenance are easy for our client.

Prodesign’s building services engineers ensured the necessary co-ordination with the main contractor to deliver this project successfully in October 2018 within schedule and budget.
