In 2012, was appointed by Aurecon, leading international airport consultants, and Solution Station, a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa, to carry out the supervision of electrical, plumbing, fire fighting and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air- conditioning) services for the construction of a new, 140-room hotel, close to SSR International Airport at Plaine Magnien. The hotel has to meet the demanding standards of the Holiday Inn brand, part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group. The hotel opened in December 2013.
