Grand Baie La Croisette is a major shopping and recreational hub for the northern region of Mauritius, within a major tourist area with affluent demographics. 

Prodesign was appointed by Sottise Investment to provide MEP consultancy services for its extension including the Block C, offices and residential apartments. 

 

After the successful delivery of GBLC chain of projects, Sottise Investments appointed Prodesign again in March 2016 as the MEP Consultants to design a new tower, Block D. The six-storey building included car parking and high-quality office spaces. Our M&E engineers provided all the MEP consultancy services, working with the team to develop the building with low energy consumption and other cost-effective elements.

Prodesign’s building services engineers provided the necessary co-ordination to the overall project management working closely for the contractor.  Our M&E Engineers were also faced with the challenge of dealing with the temporary dismantling of all the existing equipment. They were able to work closely with the various user departments and team leaders to provide engineering and MEP inspection systems which functioned effectively. The building was completed in October 2018.
